The company boasts more than half a century of experience in the field of the production of wafers and semi-finished products for ice cream parlours. Created by the founder Gianfranco Proni, today it counts on high-tech production plants for the production of semi-finished products for ice cream of the highest quality. The quest for quality is at the heart of the company’s mission, and technical assistance to the artisan ice cream maker makes Proni a complete and dynamic company. The technical know-how begins with the design of spaces to create new artisan ice cream parlours, with a service for the construction and fitting out of the shop; moving on to the supply and installation of the equipment, and ending with technical training and consultancy for the opening of the sales outlet. Proni is one of the few companies on the national and international scene, which boasts direct assistance to the end customer without agents or representatives, with precise and punctual contact to each customer.

Facilities

The company is spread over a covered area of more than 10,000 square metres, with production facilities and warehouses to guarantee production efficiency and fast deliveries. Technological plants for the production of semi-finished products in powder and paste form, and highly productive ovens, are the strength of our factory. A highly specialised workshop is able to assist with the installation of furnishings and equipment for artisan ice cream parlours.
